Belinda Fraley Huesman

Belinda Fraley Huesman was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Maryland.  She is happily married with a blended family of 6 children and 12 grandchildren.  She is an inspirational singer/songwriter as well as a recent author of a children’s book.  Belinda joined CAC as Executive Director/CEO in the fall of 2012 after serving on the board of directors for 4 years. She is well respected in the business community and is passionately dedicated to bringing the arts to the community in which she was raised.  She is also a 51% owner of The Fraley Group Corporation, a MBE/DBE/SBE certified firm with the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland.  Belinda Fraley Huesman and Brenda Fraley Garver are credited with the passing of a 2010 bill, called Loretta’s Law/Maryland Uniform Power of Attorney Act to protect vulnerable adults.
