A 2005 graduate of Anne Arundel Community College, Deb Hofler started working at the Chesapeake Arts Center over 4 ½ years ago as a part-time house manager. Quickly moving up the ranks to the position of Membership and Volunteer Coordinator. Along with those duties assigned, she is now a Technical Event Manager and a dedicated part of the CAC’s growing production team. Known for her “can do” and “never give up” attitude, Deb has been given the title of Director of Morale by her fellow co-workers. A title she wears proudly every day. When not working at the CAC and when is that?, Deb has a full time job working as a medical office manager for almost 36 years and has recently become an ordained minister. Deb has a passion for music, theatre, animals and her faith. In her spare time she likes to hike, birdwatch, play guitar and spend time with the love of her life, a little Lhasa Apso named Teddy.
