Our facility houses an 816-seat Hammonds Lane Theatre, a 110-seat Studio 194 Theatre, gallery space, ceramics lab, dance studios, music room, scene-shop and classrooms.

				Hammonds Lane Theatre (The main stage theater entrance) An 816-seat wheelchair accessable theatre featuring a state of the art sound system, lighting and stage area. The Main Stage has an adjacent Green Room suitable for larger productions equipped with dressing rooms and a kitchenette. View the Main Stage Seating Chart

				Studio 194 Theatre The Studio Theatre, located at the rear of our facility, is a 110-seat raised-level seating area with removable seating, and wheelchair access. The Studio Theatre is an ideal location for smaller productions and rehearsals.

				Gift Shop / Box Office Located just inside the doors of the administrative and education wing, our gift shop boasts a variety of items, many made on site. Items include CAC merchandise, ceramic containers, mirror art, pendants, paintings, pen & ink drawings and much more. Doubling as a box office, patrons purchase tickets for CAC shows here.

				Exhibit Gallery Chesapeake Arts Center has recently dedicated a space as a gallery for art exhibits. The space has three walls, one is 24’ long x 9-1/4’ high and the remaining two are 16’ long x 9'1/4’ high. There are two adjustable shelving units that can display 3-D artwork and numerous pedestals.
