Chesapeake Arts Center’s (CAC) Arts Partnership Program exists to create collaborations between CAC and local and regional arts organizations that enable mutually beneficial opportunities for program growth, organizational capacity, and audience expansion. This program allows CAC to support its mission “to foster creativity, create connections, and inspire joy by delivering innovative and accessible arts and education programs.”  

The Arts Partner Program provides CAC’s community members with high-quality, diverse art forms and arts presentations that enhance, educate, and enrich their lives.

The Angelwing Project INC.

The AngelWing Project, Inc. (AWP) is an innovative 501(C)3 non-profit performing arts organization dedicated to using the performing arts to uplift the community both surrounding and at large. AWP educates and empowers by telling stories through powerful performances about culture and our humanity. They are dedicated to building bridges, delivering quality performances, and creating lasting relationships.  

AWP artists are committed, creative individuals who give unselfishly of themselves as they dedicate themselves to numerous rehearsals, learning scripts, teaching, and performing with their hearts. 

AWP wants to reach beyond our neighborhood, our county, and our region and become known for our excellent work, our exceptional artistry and our commitment to helping others. We will create artful experiences that are lasting, impactful, aspirational, and soul stirring while becoming an irresistible attraction in our community.


Arts on Stage

Arts On Stage (AOS) brings the magic of live theater and performances to students from around the region by coordinating school trip experiences. CAC hosts 10-15 performances each year typically on weekday mornings with Arts on Stage. Tickets are primarily coordinated by Arts on Stage through local schools but are also available for sale to the public. For more information and for tickets go to artsonstage.org.

The mission of Arts On Stage, Ltd. is to artistically, culturally and educationally enrich the minds of children through live, professional theatre productions. AOS hopes to stimulate, encourage, educate, and promote interest in live theatre of all types in children of all ages. Their media includes theatrical plays, music, dance, drama, and storytelling, which are all accompanied by quality study guides to further advance the educational components of each presentation.


Maryland Concert Series

Chesapeake Arts Center is excited to partner with the Maryland Concert Series (MCS) to present 6 exciting performances in CAC’s Hammonds Lane Theatre each year from September through May. Performances by regional and national artists are designed to for a variety of ages to enjoy. Beer, wine, and soft drinks are for sale at most performances.

Maryland Concert Series (MCS) is dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive. They bring live performing arts to Anne Arundel County and the State of Maryland. They are an all-volunteer, community based, non-profit organization, and CAC is happy to share our stage with them this season.

STAR LTD.

Supporting the Arts in Relay (S.T.A.R., Ltd.) is a non-profit organization providing opportunities for creative growth, personal development and leadership in the visual and performing arts for youth and young adults in the Baltimore-D.C. region. Fostering a love of musical theatre by offering on and off stage opportunities to ages 4-19 in the Baltimore County area.


Maryland Theatre Collective

The Maryland Theatre Collective is a 501c3 non-profit theatrical organization* that serves the Greater Baltimore region and surrounding areas. MTC was born out of a historic merging of two theatrical entities: The Heritage Players, Inc. (founded in 1975) and The Baltimore Theatre Collective (founded in 2012 as "the purple light theatre company").

The mission of the Maryland Theatre Collective is to carry forward the fundamental principles of both The Heritage Players and Baltimore Theatre Collective in a unique and flourishing partnership of organizations. These include not only a commitment to high quality theatrical experiences for company members and audiences alike, but also a continued commitment to philanthropy, charity, and expansion of our spectacular theatrical community in the DMV! It is our goal to ENTERTAIN, EDUCATE, & ENLIVEN through the theatrical arts and work to make this world a better place in the process.
