Brittany Jones

Brittany has held a number of positions over her 12-year journey at BGE. She currently leads the Customer Advocacy team who is responsible for supporting complex customer issues and regulatory complaints. Prior to this role, she represented the company externally as a lobbyist supporting local government affairs in the jurisdictions of Anne Arundel County, City of Annapolis, Calvert County and Prince George’s County. In this capacity, Brittany exhibited her passion for building lasting relationships to best support the communities in which BGE services. She served on the boards of the Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce, Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce and the Monarch Academy. In addition to the Chesapeake Arts Center, Brittany actively serves on the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation Board.

Brittany grew up in Brooklyn Park and her parents still reside in the area. She graduated from North County High School and earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Brittany currently resides in Pasadena with her husband and three kids. She remains passionate about education and bridging the opportunity gap for youth, which was demonstrated by her recent involvement on the Parent Involvement Advisory Council to the AACPS Superintendent and by many BGE sponsorships specifically focused on youth development and education.
