Daniel McGinty is a Commercial Risk Advisor with RCM&D. His career has focused on working with organizations that make a meaningful impact in their communities. He brings experience supporting his clients by helping them think proactively about long-term stability and the people they serve.  He has built strong relationships across the Baltimore region and is committed to strengthening the communities he’s part of.

A resident of Brooklyn Park, Daniel is married and the proud father of three. Family and community play a central role in his life, grounding his perspective and fueling his passion for service.
