The Department of Health is working with local artist Catherine Mapp to paint a mural on the front of the Chesapeake Arts Center. This mural will be front and center on Hammonds Lane Theatre and represent community belonging, wellness and resilience.

We want your help to paint the mural!  Supplies will be provided, but please wear clothing you don't mind getting paint on. This free event is open to all ages 8+. No prior painting experience is required. Catherine will be on site to provide instructions on how to join in. 

The Chesapeake Arts Center will also have interactive arts activities available for community members.
