Gena O’Brien, Program/Gallery Coordinator
As Program/Gallery Coordinator, Gena is responsible for providing programmatic and logistical support to the Artistic Director to help carry out CAC special events and gallery exhibitions. Prior to her position as Program/Gallery Coordinator, she worked at Howard County Arts Council as their Long Reach Studio Administrator where she was the point of contact for 16 off-site artist studios, and as an assistant for a handful of artists in the Baltimore and Philadelphia area. Gena has a BFA in Fiber and Material Studies from Tyler School of Art and Architecture, Temple University.
When she is not working, she enjoys working on her artistic practice, cooking, exploring local thrift and antique shops, and spending time in nature.
