Lindsay Kinslow

Lindsay Kinslow is a retired United States Army veteran, community leader, and nonprofit executive dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for individuals, families, and communities to thrive.

Following her military service in Human Resources leadership, Lindsay has devoted her career to public service, workforce development, veteran advocacy, and nonprofit leadership. 

Lindsay is the founder and president of The VetReset Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on helping veterans and their families successfully navigate reintegration through education, wellness, workforce readiness, advocacy, and community connection. She is also a Commissioner on the Anne Arundel County Veterans and Military Families Commission and serves as a Veteran Ambassador, working to strengthen partnerships and expand resources for veterans throughout Maryland.

As a member of the Board of Directors for the Chesapeake Arts Center, Lindsay is passionate about the power of the arts to inspire creativity, foster connection, and strengthen communities. She believes access to the arts can create pathways for healing, education, self-expression, and opportunity for people of all backgrounds.

Lindsay holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Master of Human Resource Management from Excelsior University. She is also a published author and speaker on veteran transition, reintegration, and community leadership.
